This was three-way bathroom and quite unique with a three-way mirror and the way the raised spa was positioned, it basically took up one room for the shower and the spa. Some structural work was required (frame straightening).
Over all, it was an easy project. Even though the spa was removed, we kept it as a three-way bathroom. One of the challenges was to fit a standard vanity instead of spending a lot of money on stoneware but we also bought some extra tiles in case the customer wants to replace it down the track. The look is quite stunning.
There were some problems with the floor being uneven which we were able to overcome by putting some sheet membrane above the screed. The customer decided to go with epoxy grout, making things easier to clean.
