Seven Hills

This project was an upstairs bathroom renovation and not too complex a job as the customer wanted to keep it as a two way bathroom. During strip-out we found that all the plumbing was non-compliant and that the walls were completely out of square.

 

To repair the plumbing, we had to do a full re-sheet of the bathroom floor with Scyon compressed fibro cladding in addition to straightening the walls. Asbestos was discovered during the strip-out, which we removed. Two pre-fabricated niches were installed. We put extra support behind the wall for a handheld grab rail for the free-standing back-to-wall bathtub. We also installed a waterfall feature wall. A semi-frameless shower was added with a smart floor waste. 

 

The project was completed in a very timely manner and the customer was extremely happy!
