Kogarah Bay

This was a bathroom renovation for a lovely elderly couple. The bathroom has a beautiful ‘glass brick’ opening instead of a window, which we left intact. The bathroom was double brick full high tiled so the strip out took nearly three days as there was a lot of work involved.

 

All the plumbing had to be chased in. We had problems with the floor so we did a screed and then a sheet membrane system above the screed for the waterproofing so that was a bit out of the ordinary.

 

Overall, we made it easy for the owners. We installed some handrails and made the bathroom as safe and as open as possible for easy access. It was a super-neat and quite an easy job and the customers are very happy. They want us to do their guttering and their laundry and we look forward to helping them further in the future.
