Projects Caringbah

Caringbah

This was a very unique project. The customer had been thinking about having her bathroom remodelled for quite some time. It was a two way bathroom that the customer wanted redesigned in a very specific way.

We used our 3D modelling software to show her the layout and she was very happy with it. The customer had elected to purchase really top quality tiles and she wanted them installed, in different directions. Because of the quality of the tiles and the overall look, the finished product was quite stunning. The customer also purchased all high end fixtures and fittings from Timberline etc. The customer instructed us to make sure there were handrails in the shower area so we installed a standard shower rail with a fixed panel shower glass, which was oversized at 1200mm wide x 2100mm high. We also fitted an aluminium extruded strip drain. A brilliant aspect of this job was that we installed the power points in the drawers of the vanity because it was a Timberline so we got that as an additional option. We also put another power point in the medicine cabinet.

We did extensive frame straightening as the walls needed attention;they were the worst walls we had ever encountered. We also redid all the ceiling and the plumbing. We also installed very unique doors, which were very heavy and had a glass insert. This was an upstairs job so we had to protect all the walls and floors and clean up all the dust. We also put in a new custom-made window from the outside.

The customer was thrilled with the outcome!

"I'd just like to say that it is a fabulous end result and probably better than we expected!
