Beaumont Hills

This was an interesting and unique situation as when the customer previously had a bathroom renovated, she hired all the individual tradesmen herself. A family member has special needs so there were some unique requirements for the bathroom that we renovated.

 

Initially, the customer was considering custom cabinetry for the vanity which would have cost upwards of $6,000-$7,000 to purchase from Timberline but we ended up doing the setup ourselves for around $2,500-$3,000, resulting in a considerable saving for the customer. We also did a full custom fitout for the laundry. We found water damage but no substantial structural damage. Some frame straightening was required but overall it was quite an easy project with very few problems.

 

The customer was very satisfied and wants us to come back to do her flooring and her kitchen. This customer has a lot of business commitments so it was imperative that our team adhered to the pre-arranged schedule, which we were able to do, so the customer was extremely happy.
